What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with login access to your prompt library. You can add or remove users at any time. If you exceed your tier's limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading.
What's the difference between subdomain and custom domain?
Team plans are hosted at yourteam.kesslernity.com. Business and Enterprise plans can use your own domain (like ai.yourcompany.com or prompts.yourcompany.com), which looks more professional and integrates better with your existing infrastructure.
How does the annual billing discount work?
Pay annually and save 20%. For example, Business is $749/month billed monthly or $599/month billed annually ($7,188/year vs $8,988/year—a savings of $1,800).
What does update frequency mean?
We continuously optimize prompts as LLM models evolve. Team gets updates twice yearly, Business quarterly, and Enterprise bi-monthly. Enterprise also gets early access to new prompts before general release.
Do I need SSO?
SSO (Single Sign-On) lets your team log in using their existing corporate credentials (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.). It's essential for larger organizations with security requirements and simplifies user management.
